Terms and conditions of sale

The present conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Les Trésors de Jasmine and the purchaser, and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the merchant site "lestresorsdejasmine.ch", whether the purchaser is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by Les Trésors de Jasmine. Les Trésors de Jasmine reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the purchaser.

The products offered are those listed on the site of the online store "lestresorsdejasmine.ch". These products are offered within the limits of available stocks. The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to jewelry set with natural stones.

The prices shown in the catalog are in Swiss francs and include VAT. Les Trésors de Jasmine reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. Prices shown in the catalog do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the buyer's order at the time of purchase. 

The online sale of products presented on the site is open to international buyers. However, for sales outside Switzerland, shipping costs, VAT and other taxes of the destination country may apply and are to be paid by the buyer. The buyer is solely responsible for verifying the possibility of importing the products ordered in accordance with the legislation in force in the country of delivery. 

Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them, and waiver of the right to invoke one's own terms and conditions of purchase or any other terms and conditions. All data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall be deemed proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will send confirmation of the registered order and the delivery date by e-mail. The resale for commercial purposes or the marketing of products purchased on the website is strictly forbidden. Please note that once an order has been confirmed, requests for modifications or cancellations will not be taken into account. 

Deadline: Purchasers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of 15 days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange without penalty, with the exception of return costs, which will be at their expense. 

* The jewel must be returned unused, in which case no exchange will be made. In the case of personalized products and gift vouchers, the buyer may not claim a right of return. 

* To ensure efficient processing of your return, please write your name, full address, telephone number and order number on or inside the envelope. 

* To ensure that your jewelry arrives in perfect condition, please reuse the original packaging. A paper envelope is not a suitable packaging, as it can easily tear and lead to the loss of the jewel during transport. Furthermore, paper envelopes do not provide sufficient protection for the jewel in the event of impact during transport.  

* We will not issue a refund, but a credit note for the value of the returned goods. This credit note is valid for 1 year in our online store or in our physical stores.

Please return your purchase by A+ or registered mail to keep a record of your return. 

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. 

Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Les Trésors de Jasmine will not refund items lost or damaged in transit. 

If your return is due to an error on our part, we will naturally bear the return shipping costs.

* RETURN FROM A COUNTRY OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND: The same general conditions apply to a return from a country outside Switzerland. Please also indicate on the customs declaration that the goods are RETURNED GOODS. Failure to do so may result in additional costs which will be charged to the customer.

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:

* We are happy to arrange an exchange. To do so, please indicate the item you wish to exchange, your telephone number and your full address inside your return. 

* Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

* The cost of shipping the original order as well as the cost of returning and re-sending the exchanged goods are not included in the exchange amount. 

*If your exchange is greater than the price of the returned merchandise, our sales team will send you a payment link for the price difference.

*If your exchange is less than the price of the returned merchandise, our sales team will send you a credit note equivalent to the price difference between the returned and exchanged items.

If the goods ordered cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, Les Trésors de Jasmine reserves the right to cancel the contract, even if we have previously confirmed its conclusion. In the event of cancellation, you will be informed of the unavailability of the goods and we will refund any consideration paid up to that point. 

Secure payment by card: After registering billing and delivery details, the buyer chooses to pay by card, selecting the type of card from the logos (Visa, Mastercard, Postfinance) displayed. Once the order has been validated, a link is created with the SixCard Solution payment server, which manages the various stages of the transaction using a secure, encrypted data exchange protocol (SSL: Secure Socket Layer).

The products ordered are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of purchase and listed on the order form. Should Les Trésors de Jasmine be unable to deliver the order placed by the purchaser within 30 days, the latter may cancel the contract by sending a registered letter to the following address:

The purchaser must immediately check the condition of the goods on receipt, in the presence of the carrier.

If, on receipt of the goods, the packaging is altered or open, the purchaser must immediately check the condition of the goods in the presence of the carrier. If the goods are damaged, the buyer must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery note. 

In such a case, the buyer is requested to contact the carrier by registered mail within 3 days of receipt of the package and to notify a copy to Les Trésors de Jasmine by email (hello@lestresorsdejasmine.ch) or to the following address:

The purchaser remains entitled to require Les Trésors de Jasmine to perform the contract properly by demanding a new delivery of the products or their exchange. 

All elements of the site " lestresorsdejasmine.ch " are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Les Trésors de Jasmine. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or audio.

Les Trésors de Jasmine ensures the quality of its jewelry from the moment it is made to the moment it is sold. The jewels are carefully preserved and carefully sent to their recipient.  

In the event of a manufacturing or material defect, Les Trésors de Jasmine offers a national and international warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal conditions of use, for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Any part under warranty found to be defective will, at the sole discretion of Les Trésors de Jasmine, be repaired within the limits of possibilities and available spare parts, replaced or exchanged.

The warranty applies only in the context of normal use. Excluded from the warranty are ageing, wear and tear and alteration due to the use of perfume, as well as deterioration, breakage or loss resulting from an accidental circumstance, the intervention of a third party, improper use or lack of maintenance.

The warranty applies on presentation of proof of purchase.

After checking the condition of the jewel and the validity of the warranty, Les Trésors de Jasmine will indicate the foreseeable time for repair or exchange.

To use our repair service, the jewel must be returned in its original packaging, along with the purchase invoice, to the following address:

The damaged item will be sent to the workshop for analysis.

Should the warranty expire, or in any other case where the warranty does not apply, please contact customer service by e-mail at the following address hello@lestresorsdejasmine.ch to request a repair estimate. The average repair time is 8 weeks.

All personal data collected and transmitted to Les Trésors de Jasmine are protected under the Federal Data Protection Act (LPD) of June 19, 1992.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Geneva shall have jurisdiction, subject to appeal to the Federal Court.

Swiss law is applicable.
