Click & collect
Pick up your jewelry the same day between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m., for all orders placed before 11 a.m.
Orders can be picked up in Geneva, 11 rue Necker or in Lausanne, 3 rue de la Paix.

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return them to us.
1.
Complete the return label (located inside your package) and affix it to your package.
2.
Please write your order number , email and phone number inside your package.
3.
Drop off your package at your post office

A credit note corresponding to the amount of the returned merchandise will be sent to the email address indicated in your return. The credit note will be available for 1 year .
NB.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The merchandise must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged. The workshop will check the merchandise, otherwise no credit note will be issued.
RETURNS FROM ABROAD:
The words “ SWISS GOODS RETURNED ” must be indicated on the export documents, otherwise no refund will be made.
For shipments outside Switzerland, please note that additional charges may apply, such as customs fees and VAT of the destination country.
