You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return them to us.

1.
Fill in the return label (found inside your parcel) and affix it to your parcel.
2.
Please note your order number, e-mail address and telephone number inside your parcel.
3.
Drop off your parcel at your local post office
4.
A credit note corresponding to the value of the returned goods will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in your return. The credit note will be available for 1 year.

NB.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

The goods must not have been worn, used, modified, washed or damaged. The workshop will check the goods, failing which no credit note will be issued.

RETURNS FROM ABROAD:
The words " RETURNED SWISS GOODS " must be indicated on the export papers, otherwise no refund will be made.
For shipments outside Switzerland, please note that additional charges may apply, such as customs duties and VAT in the recipient country.
