Pick up your jewelry the same day between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m., for all orders placed before 11 a.m.
Orders can be picked up in Geneva, 11 rue Necker or in Lausanne, 3 rue de la Paix.

Fill out the return form below

Affix the return label received in your order to the package.
3.
Post the package in its original packaging by registered mail.

Please note: the goods must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged, the workshop will check the goods, failing which, no credit note will be made.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS FROM ABROAD:
The words “ RETURNED SWISS GOODS ” must imperatively be indicated on the export papers, failing which, no refund will be made.
