Our jewels are not made in solid gold but in gold plated*. Therefore, although they resist time and your daily life, you should take care of them so that they accompany you in the long term.

Our jewels are designed so that they never leave you. Water will not alter your jewelry. However, try to keep them as often as possible away from products such as soap, shampoo, household products, chlorine, sea water, creams, perfumes, etc. so that they keep all their shine over the long term.
Simply enter the code on your gift card in the box dedicated to this function on your "basket" page. Your e-gift card is valid for 1 year.
All our jewelry has a one year warranty covering any manufacturing defect. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear, oxidation, damage due to improper handling, abnormal use or intentional modifications.
In order to facilitate the work of the team, before any action, please send us an email with a photo of your defective jewel and the order number to the following address: sav@lestresorsdejasmine.ch the team will get back to you within shortest time possible.
For any small repair (change of chain, clasp, change of ring), you can also go to the store. Our sales team is at your disposal to repair your little gem instantly in store, as far as possible.
To benefit from this service, the presentation of your proof of purchase less than one year old is mandatory.
We offer you, as far as possible, a paid repair service, for any request, please write to us at sav@lestresorsdejasmine.ch attaching a photo of your jewel.

Pick up your jewelry the same day between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m., for all orders placed before 11 a.m.
Orders are to be picked up in Geneva, 11 rue Necker.
If you would like to pick up an order from our Lausanne store, please contact the store on +41 22 555 31 05.
As soon as you receive the email indicating that your package has been shipped, you will be able to pick it up in store.
Once your order has been validated, you can no longer cancel it. You can only return the items to us, an e-gift card of the value equivalent to the price of the returned items will be sent to you.
Once your order has been validated, it can no longer be modified.
It is therefore not possible to combine it with a new order.
Returns & Refunds
Returns take approximately 8 business days to reach us. Your shipments are then opened one by one which can take some time for the team. If in doubt, do not hesitate to write to us at the following address: retours@lestresorsdejasmine.ch.
You have a period of 15 days from the date of purchase to return your items upon presentation of proof of purchase.
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return them to us in their original packaging.
