Our jewels are not made of solid gold, but of gold plating*. As a result, although they will stand the test of time and your daily life, it is important to take good care of them so that they can accompany you over the long term.

Our jewelry is designed to stay with you forever. Water will not harm your jewelry. However, try to keep them as far away as possible from products such as soap, shampoo, household products, chlorine, sea water, creams, perfumes, etc., so that they retain their shine over the long term.

All you have to do is enter the code printed on your gift card in the dedicated box on your "shopping cart" page. Your e-gift card is valid for 1 year.

All our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, oxidation, deterioration due to improper handling, abnormal use or intentional modifications.

To facilitate the team's work, please send us an e-mail with a photo of your faulty jewel and the order number to the following address: sav@lestresorsdejasmine.ch. The team will get back to you as soon as possible.

For small repairs (changing chain, clasp, ring), you can also visit our boutique. Our sales team is at your disposal to repair your small jewel instantly in-store, whenever possible.

To take advantage of this service, you must present proof of purchase less than one year old.

Whenever possible, we offer a fee-based repair service. For all requests, please write to us at sav@lestresorsdejasmine.ch, enclosing a photo of your jewel.

Pick up your jewelry the same day between 12pm and 6pm, for all orders placed before 11am.

Orders can be collected from Geneva, 11 rue Necker.

If you wish to collect an order from our Lausanne boutique, please contact the boutique on +41 22 555 31 05.

As soon as you receive the e-mail indicating that your parcel has been dispatched, you can collect it from our boutique.

Once your order has been confirmed, you cannot cancel it. You will only be able to return the items, and we will send you an e-gift card for the value of the returned items.

Once your order has been validated, it can no longer be modified.
It is therefore not possible to combine it with a new order.

Returns take around 8 working days to reach us. Your items are then opened one by one, which can take a little time for the team. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us at retours@lestresorsdejasmine.ch.

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your items on presentation of proof of purchase.
