– Delivery in Switzerland: 1-2 working days from the dispatch of your order.
– Delivery in Europe: 1 to 8 working days from the dispatch of your order.
– Click & Collect: Open between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. for all orders placed before 11 a.m.

Don't like these little gems? Don't panic! You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return them in their original packaging.

With a delicate structure, a jewel is very sensitive to abrasion and attack by chemicals. Remember that your little jewels are not made of solid gold, although they will stand the test of time and your daily life, you should take care of them so that they accompany you for the long term.

Avoid contact with water, chemicals such as perfumes, cosmetics or household products as much as possible.

Remember to remove them at bedtime, in the shower or when going out to the sea or the swimming pool.

In order to avoid scratches, they should be carefully stored alone away from other jewelry which could alter their surface.

Our small pouches are their best ally, they protect them from humidity and light and thus keep them safe.

Mother-of-pearl and natural stones are particularly sensitive to all cosmetic products (soap, lacquer, perfume, etc.) and it is therefore advisable to put on your jewelery only after a minimum period of 30 minutes after using any cosmetic product, the time for the volatile compounds to evaporate.

All our jewels are shipped in their pouch and their small box.
